Monte das Palmeiras is set in a rural environment with total privacy requiring the use of car for commuting. It is located 5 km from a quiet and cozy village, Azinheira dos Barros, where you can find an ATM, a grocery Fernanda, Café Marta, the Parish Council and a pharmacy. Excluding the grocery store, the nearest supermarket is only 15Km in Ermidas do Sado, or if you prefer a more option city, 25 km from Grândola.
