Le monde des enfants
L'hôtel est magnifique. Au niveau de la décoration chaque details a été pensé. C'est le monde des enfants et des grand enfants. Tout le monde est au petit soin, c'est vraiment beau. Le service et l'accueil sont au rendez vous. Un grand bravo et merci à l'équipe animation qui en plus d'un travail prennent plaisir a s'occuper des enfants et à leurs proposer des activités. Plus particulièrement à Ghizlaine elle est douce, gentil, serviable et très en proximité avec tous les enfants. Les enfants ne parlent que d'elle. Sincèrement il faudrait une Ghizlaine dans chaque hôtel pour ajouter la touche finale. C'était un sejour incroyable que petits et grands garderont dans notre tête et notre coeur. Nous reviendrons c'est sûre. J'ai mis 4/5 pour la propreté car le sèche cheveux était dans un état de saleté intense ( il collait aux mains il y avait plein de cheveux dessus.. ).

Alors il n'y a pas de piscine dans l'hôtel, donc plus de baignade à partir de 18h30. Salle de sport ferme à 20h00. Concernant le petit déjeuner très peu de choix de sucré le matin, pas de jus d'Orange. Pour le café il faut quémander plusieur fois pour qu'on ai une tasse de café noir, attention les autres café sont en extra ( café au lait, cappuccino...), dans le contexte COVID il faut passer par les serveurs/serveuses pour obtenir des boissons donc pas mal d'attente à table. Sinon le park d'attraction et le mall sont too avec les animations qui sont quasi les mêmes chaque soir, donc 2 nuits C'est largement suffisant dans cet hôtel.

Selon vos commentaires en raison des restrictions COVID-19 du parc à thème et du parc aquatique, les heures de travail sont plus courtes. En raison de notre concept, pendant le petit-déjeuner et le dîner, des jus de tétra pak, du thé, des sodas, du kéfir et de l'ayran sont proposés, cependant, les boissons acides, les cafés faits sur mesure, les jus de fruits spécialement préparés et les boissons alcoolisées sont payants. Nous sommes impatients de vous accueillir à nouveau au Land of Legends. Meilleures Salutations

Superbe installation mais pas encore prêt
Nous avons séjourné dans ce magnifique hôtel aux installations extraordinaire pour enfants. Le problème est que le personnel n'est pas encore rodé pour ce grand hôtel, trop lent à la réception, à chaque demande il faut attendre bien trop longtemps pour qu'ils puissent y répondre, on nous donne de fausses informations concernant les activités ou les ouvertures de restaurant... Et le gros problème de cette hôtel qui nous as vraiment déçu est la température de l'eau au parc aquatique. Effectivement le parc aquatique est sublime et pratique, mais toutes les piscines sont bien trop froide pour profiter de se baigner. C'est une grosse déception quand tes enfants meurent d'envie de se baigner et pleurent en entrant dans l'eau.

KALİTE İYİ ANCAK PERSONEL YETERSİZ
Kızımızın doğum günü için 2 gece konakladık. Yemek konusunda mükemmel bir otel. Genel anlamda memnun kalsak da birçok alanda personel yetersizliğinden kaynaklı eksiklik mevcuttu. Mini club alanında yapılan tüm etkinliklerde sadece 1 personel görevlendirilmiş. Sınırlı süre verilen basit etkinlikler için (yüz boyama, tekstil etkinliği vb.) sıra beklemek zorunda kaldık. Aynı şekilde Legend Pub kısmında açık alana hizmet veren yalnızca 1 personel mevcuttu. Ve her ne kadar elinden gelenin fazlasını yapsa da personel yetersizliğinden 20-30 dk sipariş beklemek zorunda kaldık her oturduğumuzda. Spa ve Havuz kullanım saatleri sınırlandırılmış. Tam yüzme yapılacak saat aralığında erken saatte havuz kullanıma kapatılmaktadır. Bu durum ister istemez verilen hizmet kalitesini etkilemektedir. Bu alanlarda yapılacak iyileştirmeler verilen hizmeti bir üst seviyeye taşıyacaktır.

Our kids and us waited on a line for 15 minutes to have our photos taken with Marsha and the bear, and when it was our turn, they said they couldn't take photos because it was late. It was very unorganized and frustrating.

Excellent stay, the kids absolutely loved the hotel and the fact that they can use the theme park for the entire stay. The rooms were really nice and well equipped. Will come back again. The dinner was really nice, worth getting including dinner in package. The breakfast is brilliant as well.
