« I wish we had been told ahead of time that the Jacuzzi tub and hot tub were both out of order. There was also something questionable (dried vomit?) on the comforter of one of the bunk beds. There were check-in issues on the host’s end that made the lead-up to our stay a bit harried. Overall, though, the kids loved it and we enjoyed our time there. »

« It was a real treat to stay at the Balsam Inn! The Inn is off the beaten path like I wanted and very very quite. Jenny is a warm welcoming host. She even upgraded my room just because it was available. The room itself was beautiful! It felt like I was a guest in someones Adirondack mountain home.
