'The lobby and bar are verry luxurious but all the other parts of the hotel are a bit out dated. Also they want your credit card information writen down even when you have booked with expedia, maybe should have been mentiond somewhere.'

'Really lovely stay. Very nice and professional staff. Also helped out with dietary needs with no problem. I used their service of free guided hikes and had the most amazing day with an incredible hike that I would not have tried to do on my own otherwise. Also really liked to stay here over Ortisei (where I also stayed my last day in the dolomites). Ortisei felt much more crowded with tourists and was not the best contrast to doing the beautiful hikes. So depending on your mood Santa Cristina...
