The place was great but i gave it a 3 because the communication was seriously lacking. I tried communicating with the property about a question i had 2 separate times before our check in date. Never received a reply.
The contact person whose number they supplied us with during the check in process never answered their phone... we had a problem with a beeping smoke alarm. Tried him twice as well ... no reply from him either time
Found a ladder in the garage , went to Ace , bought a new battery and tried fixing it ourselves only to discover that it was the Carbon monoxide detector that was the problem. It had expired in 2018 . The dishwasher was also broken. The wifi code they sent me pre checkin didn't work. One of OUR guests finally found the correct one in the guestbook. The house itself was great ,... loved it ...but was very frustrated with the lack of communication with the company running it.
