Enjoy Sedona's amazing views in the backyard while you BBQ or just sit back and relax on the spacious deck with family and friends! We are located in Oak Creek Village, only blocks from the main road, US 179! See Bell Rock and the famous Courthouse Butte from the front and back yard, the views are truly breathtaking! Another great quality of our home is that there are no power lines obstructing your amazing views!

Our homes wide open floor plan allows you room to relax and is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, upscale amenities and stylish decor! We hope that you enjoy every minute here and that you never want to leave!

We are conveniently located near Sedona Golf Resort as well as Oak Creek Country Club. We are a short walk or drive to hiking, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and an award winning Italian Restaurant, Cucina Rustica.

The city of Sedona is made up of four distinct areas: The Village of Oak Creek, Uptown Sedona, West Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. We are located in the Village of Oak Creek portion of Sedona, which we believe is the best area to vacation due to the natural beauty, peacefulness, and small town feeling. We are only six miles away from Uptown Sedona, which is essentially Sedona's "downtown".

The home is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make you feel as comfortable as possible, including wireless internet access, new furniture and appliances, air conditioning, in-unit laundry machines and a stocked mini bar!

Excellent Getaway

We stayed over Easter weekend. The house was excellent, clean and had all the necessities needed. We loved the location. The host was very welcoming and provided detailed house info as well as recommendations and info for restaurants and grocery shopping. We had a wonderful time.

Not the cleanest. Very sparse in supplies…toilet paper, paper towels, soap. Ants were in the kitchen and master bedroom. One of us was bit several times as she slept. No bug spray. We had to buy some. Mattresses we’re comfortable. M

This property is a winner! Large bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, plus a beautiful deck to relax and enjoy the scenery. The water filled bird bath in backyard brought many birds and we enjoyed the view. Loved this property!

Short getaway to Sedona area

My parents visited us from PA and we decided to take a little trip to Sedona since they had never been there. This rental house was perfect for two couples, was very quiet, and private, and was less expensive than booking 2 hotel rooms in town. We really liked having separate spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, and being able to park in the garage since we had some rain on our first day. The living room is spacious and the big sofa comfy and easy to relax on during the evenings, after everything in town has closed. Our host was friendly and sent me his recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The beds were both comfortable with good mattresses and we all slept well. Views from the living area are wonderful and the kitchen is nice enough to allow for cooking during longer stays if needed. Definitely one of the nicer places I have rented, and I have traveled quite a bit. You should be aware that traffic is heavy going from Oak Creek into Sedona, so if you stay in this area budget at least 45 minutes to get to the west side or uptown. We had a 3pm scenic area tour scheduled, and barely got to that office in time because the drive took almost an hour and parking was tricky. Apart from the traffic (hard to avoid) we had a wonderful stay and I can absolutely recommend Nick’s place!

This place was perfect for our family. It felt like home for my husband and our two teenagers. Teenagers are hard to impress and we all had a great time. There were games to play, which we did on the first night when we were exhausted from traveling. Great family time. It was just south of Sedona, so not near as much traffic, but close to everything we came to Arizona to see. There is a store two blocks away and great dining options in the village of oak creek. My daughter and I took walks around the neighborhood and met some very nice neighbors also. Would recommend this place to everyone coming to the Sedona area. Nick was super responsive and the house had literally everything you could need.

We stayed for a week. We liked the location in Oak Creek Village. Older home but nice. Comfortable in good neighborhood. Oak Creek Village is south of Sedona and the road to and from can get really congested, but there's plenty of places to eat, shop to etc. in Oak Creek. Homey with everything you need and was at a good price (a little over 200). Pretty view from back deck. Plenty of room for 2-4 people.

Can't go wrong!

My wife and I come to Sedona every year and we'll definitely be staying at Nick's place from now on. This is, by far, the best value in Oak Creek Village - beautiful red rock views in the back yard, open floor plan, comfy beds, smart tv's in every room, and only 2 blocks from all the action. Above all else, Nick is extremely easy to work with and provides great communication before, during and after your trip - he'll do anything to make your stay enjoyable.

This house was perfect for our 4-day stay in Sedona. The bed was comfortable, spacious living/dining area, and the kitchen had what we needed. We also liked staying in Oak Creek Village, away from the traffic in Sedona proper. The driving time to get to trails on the other side of Sedona or to restaurants in Sedona was very manageable.
