'Only negative is the third bed was not made and we had only 2 sets of towels. After asking we tot the art of towels and linnen but had to make the bed ourself'

'Nicely renovated bank building from a bygone era. Rooms are clustered down each hall. Rooms are little small but nicely laid out. It would be better if the tubs were equipped with shower doors versus a curtain. Toiletries were very nice. Great location to Russian River Brewing Co. lots of eateries within walking distance. Did not park there. It might be difficult. Nice Continental breakfast was complimentary. Would stay there again.'

From the time the people upstairs came and through most of the night, it sounded like they were stomping back and forth in their room. Was really disturbing in the middle of the night. 'First time staying here and we loved it!! We needed the shower that had the chair in it and my husband loved it. The room was spacious and since it was a suite it came with the fridge, other kitchen items also but we didn’t use them. If only we could have stayed longer. The girls at the front desk were so nice. Made us feel really welcomed. The breakfast was nice so our day started full. It had a pool, exercise room(didn’t use it but peaked and it was nice). Also had a fire pit and outdoor...

'I still can’t believe the experience I had at check-in. The gentleman at the front desk instructed us to look through the window first before entering the room to ensure no one was already inside. Who does that? He then proceeded to charge for everything, including coffee from the reception, claiming it would be free again next month. However, he failed to charge the complete deposit to the man in front of us. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I’d rather stay somewhere else next time...

'Ice machines did not work and the reception staffer pretended someone had just used up the ice from two machines rather than admitting they did not work. Also, their rooms have no coffee-maker, fridge or microwave; amenities that are usually available, even at economy motels.'
