My stay was completed in the 1st week of September with a large group of 8 women. Unfortunately, the delayed review is due to having to submit a fraud claim against this company for an attempted money grab on deposit charges for ALREADY EXISTING STAINS on a mattress. They accused us of leaving stains on a mattress when, in actuality, EVERY SINGLE MATTRESS (except ones you could roll out to the living room if extras are needed) in the place had existing stains that they are, seemingly, trying to charge current customers for. The manager confirmed, in writing, they would refund the 150 charge against our deposit, but never actually ended up doing so, even after MULTIPLE attempts to reconcile and confirming they would issue a refund. Ultimately, this forced me to submit a fraud claim to my credit card company. The communication was fine on the lead-up but horrible afterwards. This is fully on the manager and could have been handled in a very short turnaround without any sour taste left. If you stay here, know now to take pictures and when you strip the bedding, which the company requires upon checkout, expect to be disgusted and then charged for what already exists. There are way too many options in Seattle to waste 2 months of your time after your stay fighting over fraud charges.
