Guest access
Guests have access to the full home except the storage closet in the garage. Bikes in the garage are also not for guests.

Any parties, disturbance to neighbors will result in immediate cancellation of the booking with no refunds. We do have a wood pellet, but we asks guests to bring their own wood pellets.
