Beer is a traditional coastal village, so guests should expect some narrow lanes and gentle hills when getting around. Seaton is around a 10-minute drive, while Exeter is approximately 45 minutes away by car. Other Things to Note:

Please note, once you have entered the road the property is on, there is a narrow part to drive through, however you can unload just before and pop your car in the car park, which has a cut through alley straight to the property. If you would like a permit please get in touch.
