The living room offers a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean from its bay windows, along with plenty of seating for you and your friends and family around the flat screen TV. Right off of the living room you'll find the dining room area, along with sliding glass doors leading out into a sun room with a table and chairs where you can then get into the back yard. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up some homemade dinners or a late snack. Each bedroom has a quaint and homey feel, letting you relax and rejuvenate on your vacation from the stresses of everyday life. The first bathroom offers a shower/tub combo, while the second has a walk-in shower. You'll feel right at home while staying at Estuary Cottage in Seaside! This was a comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood with a wide open view of the estuary. The bedroom and bath arrangement suited our family well and we enjoyed the living spaces with big windows and plenty of seating. Laundry facilities were provided.

Perfect Peaceful Location

This house was lovely! The photos do not do the location justice. The inside was well appointed and decorated and obviously very well cared for. We enjoyed the view from the dining room during meals. We only used the two upstairs bedrooms and both had comfortable beds and extraordinary views! We could not have asked for a better location for our sewcation.

Quiet and relaxing

Very nice stay, close to places to eat and downtown. Easy access to the 101. Profile pictures show fireplace but the fireplace is not allowed to be used. There is a deck but no chairs to sit on. Fire pit no chairs! The upstairs bedroom door would not close, the stairs are very narrow and steep and dark! No grill. The views and location are beautiful and quiet the house is cozy.

Came with 2 friends for one night if food and friends and a howling wind and rain outside. We were very cozy inside. My only regret was the fireplace said do not use. Slept well and loved the views!

Cleaners not show and situation poorly managed

Property was great. Management company not great. Cleaners did not show prior to our arrival. Management co said they would send them. After a few hours I called back when cleaners did not show. We did the laundry to put our young kids to bed. Late at night management co offers to move us to another house

A wonderful choice at a great price

For the money, you can't beat it. It is an older home that looks to have had a recent facelift but done so tastefully. There must be a lot of history with this home. FYI, there is no direct access to the beach. You have great access, right off the back steps, to a bay that forms with the high tide. When low, you can go explore and dig for clam right off the back steps! Highly recommend and would likely book another trip here undoubtedly. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Sibling reunion

We loved this house - stayed here last year same week of September and were excited to be able to return to it this year. This is our yearly sibling reunion with spouses. It fits us perfectly with just right bedrooms, spaces for puzzles, card and yahtzee playing, able to make great meals when we want, and just right seating in living room to watch movies every night. We love having the view, watching tide in and out, all the birds, and being able to see the surf out on the ocean. So close in to town, but so very quiet and great neighbors.

Mini Couples Retreat

We utilized this property when a friend ran in the Hood to Coast 2021. It was a prefect place to be away from the busyness of downtown Seaside but close enough to be a quick drive away from the event. It was also a quick drive to our favorite beach spot, Sunset Beach. We would definitely use this property again if its available. The view out the back window was breathtaking throughout the day. Morning views were beautiful with fog or clear skies. Evening sunsets were to die for.

Beautiful horizon..

The main thing I remember is the beautiful view. This SPECTACULAR view could be seen all day.. and from ANY room of the house.. During the day, we would take maybe a 3 to 5 min trip for shopping, eating, or just walking around in the heart of town. In the evening, we gathered around the fire pit and grilled steak bits under the stars. Later we came in and played family games. This place will be marked as a favorite, for my family.

Fun with "sibs" & spouses

Very pleased with the property. Great views from water side windows & sun room. Plenty of sitting room for all of us to lounge & eat. Because of the small dishwasher, ended up doing more loads & could have used more soap tablets. Instead, did by hand with the dish soap provided. Made our week very comfortable. Have recommended it to several friends. The herd of elk grazing in the back yard after we returned from dinner the first night was an unexpected pleasure.

Relaxing wildlife retreat

We flew here from Wisconsin,along with our friends, for our 20th wedding anniversary. This place not only gave everything it spoke of but so much more!. We got to know the neighbors who were so helpful and friendly. The wildlife and views were absolutely amazing and we honestly wish we would have stayed longer! Highly recommend to anyone!
