Other things to note
PARKING: This house does not have designated off street parking. We provide 2 Seaside Heights parking passes which can be used to park in the street spots in front of the house.

POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: This house is located in the heart of Seaside Heights and is close to mini-golf, boardwalk, restaurants and bars. During the summer season, there will be increased noise from the street and surrounding areas.

The minimum age to book and stay is 25 years old—Families with children are warmly welcomed. This is required both by our house rules and a formal agreement with the Borough of Seaside Heights. Under Ordinance 2023-20, rentals to unsupervised minors are prohibited. If a group arrives without a parent or legal guardian, the stay will be terminated with no refund.

No third-party bookings are allowed—You may not book on behalf of someone else. The guest who books the reservation must be the one staying in the home for the entire duration of the stay.

To comply with local laws, you may be asked to provide your age, the ages of all guests staying with you, the purpose of your stay and a valid government-issued photo ID at booking, before arrival, or during check-in. This information is used only for verification and screening and is not stored or used for any other purpose. By requesting to book, you confirm that you are 25 or older, will be present for the entire stay, are not booking for someone else, have read and agree to all house rules and you may be asked to provide photo ID for verification.
