The owners of this sweet beach home are excited to share their slice of paradise with guests who love the island as much as they do. Adorned in a palette of bright beachy colors, reminiscent of Key West, guests enter into an open floor plan. The living area features plush sofas, multiple seating, a decorative fireplace, and dining area. The space is perfect for gathering after a sunny day at the beach or enjoying board games on a rainy day. The living area extends into a sunroom, with a wall of windows looking out upon the tropical foliage, the canopy of ancient live oak trees, and the fairway of the acclaimed Crooked Oaks golf course. A small deck area outside this space is a favorite spot for morning coffee. Down the three steps, an enchanting outdoor space, where you can enjoy al fresco dining on the deck, complete with a grill for those summer barbecues awaits. The charming tree swing adds a whimsical touch, perfect for unwinding while soaking in the beautiful surroundings.
Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen boasts everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The first guest bedroom, in a palette of coral, offers a queen bed, dresser, closet, TV, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a closet, and TV. These two guest bedrooms share the hallway bath, recently updated - providing a touch of luxury, and making your experience even more enjoyable. All bathrooms are stocked with plush white towels and an array of starter amenities.
Guests will have exclusive access to the house, the garage, and the driveway throughout their stay. In the garage, guests will find bikes and beach toys for their use.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups.)
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are optional with this rental ($50 per day. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 3 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.
CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions

Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
