Kid-friendly, ocean views, private and quiet

Classic Sea Ranch ("Mendonoma" Coast) home with desirable west-side location and fabulous ocean views over a wide meadow. With a south facing orientation, protected from the wind, our deck enjoys maximum sunlight and expansive views. The large picture windows and redwood deck are perfect for watching whales and sunsets.

The house is located at the South end of the 10-mile Sea Ranch community. It is close to the lodge, in an area where planning allowed more space between buildings, perched on a low hill with expansive ocean views and with all the privacy you want.

Walk to Black Point Beach, Moonraker Recreation center for swimming and pickleball, and to the Sea Ranch Lodge.


THE SPACE and AMENITIES:
Recently remodeled kitchen and attached entertainment room with views and brand new smart TV

High speed internet, smart TV (no cable, guests must log in into their accounts) and stereo with blue tooth. Clean, simple lines, colors, and patterns within an open floor plan that we keep clutter-free for a relaxing experience.

The house is set for up to 6 adults and 2 kids with 6 proper beds (2 king, 2 twinXL and twin low bunk beds) distributed in 3 bedrooms with closets and 2 full bathrooms (1 shower, 1 shower/tub.)

Due to health concerns, this property cannot accommodate pets except for SERVICE animals.

Beautiful location in The Sea Ranch. Host was easy and wonderful to work with, house was clean and had everything needed for our mom’s weekend away. Would be great for a family as well, 100% would book again!

I would rate it a 7 or 8; don't understand all the 10 ratings in the history. the property layout was very good outside and inside however the upstairs bedroom windows face the parking area. the hot tub is right next to the master bedroom with humming cycling on and off. one can unplug if necessary; the thermostats were locked down and as it was cold when we arrived I had to get the owner to let us increase the heat. the fireplace didn't work and the owner was not aware of it. I think she should visit more often. the TV also did not work for us, no Apple TV or Roku for ease of use; only Netflix worked. check in instructions had links VRBO ap on iPhone does NOT support; not even cut and paste. I suggest TV instructions which were absent and pilot lighting instructions be PRINTED and placed near the appliances. there was a scan code for nearby places of interest, which would work. The kitchen was well stocked but only horrible coffee mate and NO half & half capsules. seasonings mostly absent. Shampoo in the showers but no BODY WASH. we were expected to use cheap hotel hand soap. Seems these annoyances are part of the theme of doing things as cheap as possible. NO BBQ pit also a missing staple. We did enjoy the stay short of most of these annoyances; the sea ranch/gualala community is very nice to enjoy as were the recreation facilities. I also recommend paper and pen for convenience, a missing staple. Owner was responsive, just too many "NOs" and apologies.

Peaceful Getaway

Natalia’s Sea Ranch getaway was perfect for our time with kids and grandson! The location and views of this home were perfect for the little guy and grownups alike. The home provided many fun vintage little kids toys set up in a perfect play area off the kitchen. The outdoor space was also a fun spot for exploring. The home is just a short stroll to the Lodge which made for a fun activity for all. Our family hopes to make this location a yearly trip.

Amazing & Kid Friendly

This was the best rental property I’ve stayed with my family. It was perfect for our family of four. The views are breathtaking, the amenities are plentiful, and it was the most peaceful stay we’ve had with our little boys. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. We saw deer daily and can hear the ocean waves at night. This is a gem of a place especially with kids.

Perfect Spot

This property is situated beautifully on the meadow looking directly out to the ocean. Its not a far walk to the Lodge and is in an older part of the development where there is more open space. The house is light filled, comfortable and has a big room just for kids. The hot tub is great and the outdoor deck runs the lenth of the house. We would definitley stay here again.

Sad to leave!

This was the only rental that I’ve felt sad to leave. It was super-relaxing and home-like. We enjoyed the proximity to beautiful beaches and ending our days relaxing in the hot tub. What a fantastic way to celebrate the California’s re-opening!

Pure Serenity

Great getaway to cook together, relax together and just chill out! Beautiful house, ocean views throughout, beautiful succulents in the garden, smells and sounds of the coast. We even got to witness dear with their speckled fawns and quail with their very large pack of tiny babies running from one side of the meadow to the other. Great way to unwind and take a deep breath. Wonderful Home

The house is lovely, clean, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. It also has some modern amenities that are convenient -- like mobile device charging stations and WiFi -- and make for a more enjoyable stay. We had a wonderful time!

It was great

Great location. The views were wonderful. The beds were comfy, I slept super good and everyone else mentioned how good they slept. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved using the hot tub since it had such great views. My toddler was entranced by the kids room. It had enough toys to keep her entertained during our 5 day stay. We even got to play some of the board games they had. Unfortunately, due to covid the Sea Ranch amenities were closed but we still had more than plenty to do with all the trails and beaches. We would definitely come back.

A very clean, well-maintained home with modern, clean decor and amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It's peaceful, quiet and very close to the coast side Bluff Trail and walking distance to Moonraker Rec Center. The perfect place to relax, read, enjoy each other's company and the gorgeous views.

A Great Place to Stay!

Our family got together to celebrate my husband's birthday at this wonderful place. The house is kid friendly and well designed. We walked the trail along the coast side and watched several family of deer from the deck. The weather outside was super cooperative and the kitchen in the house had everything we needed to cook our meals without problem. We could not have asked for anything more!

Outstanding house

The house is very clean and has everything you can possible think of. The house was the best we have rented so far. Getaway with our young boys

The property is clean and perfectly set up for our family with boys aged 4 and 6. Easy walk or bike to the beach. Used the Del Mar recreation center and the pool was great for the kids (and adults), and also biked to the moonraker recreation center easily from the house. All the basic kitchen items you need to cook your own meals and have a wonderful stay. Next time I will bring my coffee beans because they have a great coffee maker also! Would recommend highly and would stay again. We left one of our iPad chargers and the owners were nice enough to mail it back to us, wow! Thank you Natalia! Just as advertised.
