We had several issues with our experience: 1) Property manager emailed us outside of VRBO and made us sign something that was not consistent with existing agreement with VRBO. « Very nice interior. Room was great with definite upgrades, still some work to be done, but overall very pleased with the room, pool, hot tub, and service. »

« This is a lovely little cottage. One bedroom, very loved hide a bed in the living area. It’s clean and well appointed, and best of all they allow us to have our golden retriever stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Just a short little drive. Our dog got to run off leash at the beach, and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Manual’s Mexican restaurant, The price was very reasonable. We hope to be back. »

Plutôt bien...

"Motel calme bien situé sur El Camino Real... Chambre confortable, salle de sport plutôt bien tout comme le petit déjeuner, le tout à un prix competitif dans la Silicon Valley... Seul bémol mais de taille, pas de ménage ni de lit fait pendant les trois jours de notre séjour..."

Un public étrange et bruyant !

"L’hôtel est bien, plutôt confortable et on s’attend à un endroit plutôt luxueux. Mais l’hôtel accueillait une convention « secrète » de personnes habillées en manga ou personnages très étranges qui criaient beaucoup, la journée mais la nuit aussi. Je me suis rendu compte que certaines chambres étaient transformées en piscines à boules… imaginez les personnes (uniquement des adultes) qui étaient là, serrant des peluches dans leurs bras,.. L’hôtel aurait dû m’avertir ou bien ne pas louer des chambres à des personnes étrangères à ce groupe de personnes un peu perturbées. Mon séjour a été désagréable et j’ai dû me lever en pleine nuit pour demander à ces personnes de se calmer."
