« Walking in to the hotel was beautiful but it’s so hard to get a parking space , it’s all been redecorated so went up to our room which was room 6 and it’s very dark so we had to put the lights on in the afternoon, lots of clattering and banging going on so went to reception and spoke to them and they said it was the bins getting taken out I just was checking that it wasn’t going to be like that all night , there is a middle door which was being used and it just banged shut , through the night...

« Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The whole property was spotless, the facilities were beautiful, the room was probably the nicest one we have ever stopped in, furnished to an extremely high standard and so comfortable. Honestly, don’t even think about looking for somewhere else in the area…you will not find better!! Oh yes, the homemade marmalade at breakfast is to die for too!!! »

« We really enjoyed our stay @ Miller House. The area is nice and quiet. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing value. The bathroom in our room was a bit small but functionnal. »

« We were disappointed by the experience. We were in a sort of prefab building overlooking the car park. The insulation was very poor, both thermal and acoustic. The bathroom tap didn't fit the basin. The electronic shower system didn't work properly, which led to wasted water. The only positive point of the stay was the staff: very friendly and pleasant. »

« Room confort was OK but loud (windows and corridor) , no plug near the bed and small bathroom. The hotel and furnitures are outdated and the service is poor. Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying. Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening. Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality. 3 pound a day for parking access »
