  • Deze prachtige eengezinswoning bevindt zich in de stad Saratoga / Schuylerville (voor al jullie Hamilton-fans daar, genoemd naar de familie van de Schuyler Sisters toen ze daar woonden!), op slechts 10 minuten van Downtown Saratoga Springs en Skidmore College. Drie slaapkamers (master met en-suite badkamer), drie volledige badkamers, gashaard, ontbijthoek, mooie keuken met kookeiland, afgewerkte kelder met veel meer ruimte en een stoombad, en veel licht en buitenruimtes (inclusief een prachtige veranda , gescreend in veranda, achterdek en seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad, evenals een groot voorgazon). Prachtige houten jungle gym. De natuur omringt je, maar je bent dicht bij alles dat Saratoga Springs te bieden heeft. Gelegen aan de voet van de Adirondacks, is het een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor skitochten, wandelen en kamperen. Het is een paradijs voor vogelaars !!

A unique and wonderful place to stay! Wonderfully appointed kitchen, many nooks to relax with a book, including a large screen porch which was a real highlight, even with the cooler weather. We would highly recommend this property if visiting the Saratoga area.

We had an amazing time here. Check-in was really easy and the hosts provided a book with all sorts of information about the area. There was a ton of space, including a lovely pool that we spent quite a bit of time in. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed in mid-October so we didn't use the pool. The privacy of the pool would be something we would have liked and may try to return in the summer next time. We enjoyed everything about the house. It was clean, comfortable and felt like "home away from home."

Good Location for Visiting Saratoga Springs

This house is great for a visit to Saratog Springs and the surrounding area. The home is located in a quiet neighborhod and offers a relaxed setting that includes a great wrap around deck, large pool, great antiques throughout the home and an extensive library.

The house is located in a very quiet, beautiful residential neighborhood. The host is very responsive. His communication was fantastic and his answers were very prompt and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house surrounded by nature !

The house is welcoming and comfortable. It’s clearly a home, not just a place bought to rent, and the lived-in feel made it very comfortable. It had all the necessary equipment, including a kitchen full of pots, pans, and utensils, and plenty of bath towels.Joshua was very responsive to our questions. We loved how flexible the space was - we chatted on the couches, played board games at the dining table, enjoyed the breeze on the screened in porch, and floated in the pool. We would highly recommend this place.

Joshua's place was a FANTASTIC place to use as a "homebase" for touring the Saratoga Springs area. We were in town to tour historical sites and the close proximity to Saratoga National Battlefield, U.S. Grant's Cottage and even Ft. Ticonderoga (a short hour+ drive through the beautiful countryside) was the best feature. The natural and serene community surrounding the house made you feel a world away from the city yet it was only a short drive to wonderful restaurants, shopping and the race track. We were there 2 weeks before the Belmont race but could already see the preparations and what a site that track is. The house itself was wonderful - the host had all the essentials in the kitchen but who wants to cook on vacation with the restaurant choices??? There was a grill for our use, a great patio and pool area and PLENTY of space inside for the quiet night time gathering to wind down after a day on the go. Finally - the "house book" Joshua put together gives you all instructions clearly so that if you had any questions, you could find the answer very quickly. He also had great suggestions of restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc. so that you're getting info from a local and not google. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in this area.
