« We had a wonderful stay at this property and will rent again when in the area. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. The apt was beautiful and immaculate. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only area that was perfect was the outside stairs to the front door— uneven, steep, etc. We had older guest with us and this was concerning. But we managed. « The husband and I stayed here for the 2nd half of our 20yr wedding anniversary trip. It was our first time visiting Great Sacandaga Lake. Even though the water levels were really low (late September) we were still able to get out on the water…. did some fishing, explored Sand Island and even caught an amazing Pike. House was very clean and kitchen stocked well, check in was extremely easy! Brian the neighbor was super friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again! »

« PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Neighborhood is not safe and the property's renovations need to be completed from a safety and privacy perspective. I did not feel comfortable staying there. So much so upon check-in I decided to leave and found other accommodations elsewhere. Had I known the issues prior, I would never have booked the property. I'm very disappointed that when I asked the host if the area was safe, I was told it was. So I booked. The check-in instructions include a long security paragraph...
