Built for a prominent trawler owning family in 1951 the house comprises of two comfortable reception rooms with a beautiful original open fire for added warmth and ambiance, three inviting bedrooms along with a family bathroom. This charming accommodation comfortably sleeps up to five guests. The interior boasts an airy layout, featuring a well-equipped kitchen-diner.

This charming mid-terrace property nestles in the picturesque old town of Scarborough, close to Whitby and the Wold, it offers comfortable accommodation for up to five guests across three bedrooms. The interior boasts an airy layout, featuring a well-equipped kitchen-diner with an outside south facing kitchen terrace space and also additional lower terrace for al fresco dining. For any guests seeking creative inspiration and in possession of a head for heights the ‘Crows-nest’ at the very top of the house, once a place to count the boats home safe now serves as an office space with stunning views across the North Sea.
