'A perfectly quaint spot in Florence. Good walking distance to the major attractions and very convenient having breakfast in the space. I felt very welcomed here!'

'We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site. The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day. The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral. We will definitely stay here again.'

'Everything was wonderful. I would suggest you knowing a little Italian before you go to Italy, but the accommodations were just up to my expectations. The staff was wonderful. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and the buffet in the morning was just what I needed. I would definitely go back and stay there and recommend it to my family and friends. It’s in a great location to go to all the smaller cities around it and you can either walk or take the tram for less than two dollars.'

'Great place to stay! Nice and clean room. It's near a highway, but we didn't mind that at all. We could park our car here safely behind the gate. The breakfast is good, not too many choices but enough. It's very easy to get to Florence by bus from here. The road is dark though, and there is no sidewalk, so you should really watch out for yourselves if you walk to the town or the bus stop. Fabrizia is a great hostess who is very helpful! 'There were only two bath towels provided. No wash clothes or hand towels provided. No shampoo or body wash provided. Other than these small omissions, the place met expectations. All communications were via email and WhatsApp but the exchanges were helpful. Access to the room requires a phone that can be used in Italy.'
