Casa Despina is a welcoming two-story independent house located in a characteristic village. It sleeps five people. From Casa Despina you will enjoy a charming view of the hamlet and of the sea. Casa Despina is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, two panoramic private terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Pontone, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet), the bus stop at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Castiglione di Ravello beach) at 3.5 km (roughly 2.1 miles).
You will reach Casa Despina from the parking area going up a 200-meters (660-feet) public route that cuts through the hamlet and includes approximately 80 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Despina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Terrace 1 with jacuzzi pool
The first terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated inflatable jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (it has a diameter of 6.6 feet). (the jacuzzi pool can be heated, if requested -- additional cost applies, please enquire with our staff). It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola and by awnings. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will find also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the hamlet and of the sea.

Entrance LevelLiving Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The room has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid antique-pink majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Top LevelTerrace 2
The second terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the hamlet and of the sea.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room going up a spiral staircase. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a divan bed for one guest. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace and a balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
