'We checked in at 8pm after a day in the heat. Our room was 90 degrees even though the staff said their notes said the air conditioner was on. The staff also mentioned that the room should cool off in an hour. We couldn't sleep in the temperature of the room. We had an awful night. The sink counter was at an odd height (low), dirty, and the beds were very firm. Pool was closed for the season(it is July). We had a suite that included a kitchenette and full fridge.
