Located just a block and a half from the famous South end main beach and an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, this sweet little home will be a perfect fit for a fun beach getaway with family or friends.

Step up into this cozy cottage that has a front sun-room that is bright and inviting and includes a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The home has been remodeled, but still features original finishes in the bedrooms, with wood-paneled walls and a charming historic feel. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a Queen Size bed, and both have wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. The bathroom connects the bedrooms with a walk-in shower, each with its access door. There is a bonus room furnished with twin bunk beds, perfect for kids.

To the back of the house are the kitchen and the eating area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large serving/breakfast bar, perfect for entertaining while preparing evening meals. The breakfast bar has seating for 4, and the dining table has room to seat 6 comfortably. The back door from the kitchen leads to a lovely patio with a gas grill and an outdoor dining table for 6. The detached utility room includes a full-size washer and a dryer and an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower - perfect for rinsing off after a long day at the beach.

Bring your bikes or rent some while you are here; it is the best way to see the island! This home is ideally located between 18th Street beach access and back river beach access at Inlet Avenue, which is a perfect place to stroll the shoreline at sunset, searching for the ideal whelk.
