« Everything from the location (everything walkable from Inn) to amineties (Jacuzzi, board games, pool house) to breakfast (freshly made from scratch), and snacks (including free happy hour drinks). The same staff have all worked there for years and really work well together. I felt like I was visiting family. The rooms were super comfortable. »

« No breakfast as advertised on Expedia. Coffee only and starts at 9 a.m. Need it earlier than that. Also, no internet and TV might have been affected by it. Only one channel available. Otherwise, it is a very cute and clean property. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. Close to everything, a pleasant walk to Saugatuck. We would stay again. Maybe a commercial prewrapped muffin placed in the room as a breakfast offering. Coffee service at 8? »

« Nous avions réservé 2 nuits et finalement nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule et c'était déjà de trop ! 1er problème : nous avions demandé un lit bébé lors de la resa . Lors du checking l'après midi, deux fois demandé pour qu' ils n'oublient pas... Nous sommes rentrés le soir et bingo ! Pas de lit... juste un seul lit bébé pour tout le motel !!!!! 2eme problème : l hotel est tenu par des ados, à l accueil au ménage... la manager est venue le lendemain qu' à 11h 3eme problème : la propreté......

« Beautifully landscaped, felt more private than it probably was, rooms were small (we had two queen sized beds, so I’m sure that’s part of it) and the bathroom was even smaller but clean!! Beds and pillows are definitely above average. Check in was a breeze. Very, very quiet which was particularly important to me. I appreciate the assigned parking spots. The only thing I wish were different is being able to get coffee before 9:00 am. »

« Everything was perfect, the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The homemade breakfast was delicious. The hosts were lovely and very thoughtful. Our only regret was that we wished we would have stayed longer ! »

« Like that our room was clean, but most of all, we enjoyed the soft feel of the bed linens. Appreciate that the check in front desk was courteous. Breakfast was good. »

« there could have been a bigger selection of food for breakfast like some scrambled eggs and bacon. the TV had a minimum of channels and there no instructions on use and no way to get some outside channels. I would say it was an ok stay for the price and location, however if th property wants to improve it needs to add more to it's amenities and breakfast »

My only complaints are design flaws and not management issues...the room seemed small and the furniture had no to little surface space to place items on. The charging cables were maddeningly short. Oh and we brought our dog along. We booked with Expedia which told us there would be a fee at check in but it didn't mention what that would be. Other hotels in the area charged $25.00 per night mostly. Imagine our...
