It was clean, looks like owners take care of the their property. Communication with owners was good. It is very quiet place. Definitely recommend it. »

« Stayed at Nelo’s place for a weekend and it was just as advertised. Very nice basement suite. It was clean and in a great location with access to restaurants and grocery stores within a block. Perfect place for two when staying in Saskatoon. Also Nelo was very accommodating with a last minute request and communication was great »
