We stayed at this property April 5-13th. The property manager was great when we met him. We arrived on Sunday and enjoyed the house and pool until the day before we were leaving. We woke up on Sunday the 12th and had no water. We went about our day being assured the issue would be taken care of. The water did get fixed but it was only temporary and it caused us to NotBe able to take showers or anything before we left for our flight on Monday the 13th. When we stopped at the property manager office which was Zandis to drop off the keys, the property manager was not there but my husband let the people in the office know we were not happy that last day. I cannot tell you how upset I Was having to go to the airport and start a 12 hour plus day feeling filthy not having a shower for over 24 hours! And also the toilets were unable to be flushed as well. The water came on briefly so We contacted the Zandis people Sunday before dark asking if the water was fixed for sure, because if it wasn’t we would of left and drove to Liberia before dark so we could get cleaned up before our long travel Day Monday. The property manager did no respond to my husbands messages and by the time we realized the water was out again, it was dark and we did not feel secure enough to drive in the dark to Liberia. Zandis group did not offer us ANY kind of alternative to make sure we could use the bathroom or shower. Nor did they offer any partial refund for that last day,
