Despite being near a main neighborhood boulevard, the home is surprisingly serene thanks to new bohemian storm shutters and plantation shutters that keep things cool, calm, and quiet for a perfect night’s sleep.

Relax after the beach on the 85” smart TV (Netflix included) and sink into the 17-foot genuine leather sectional — ideal for lounging, laughing, and movie nights.

The modern kitchen has everything you need — from cookware to serving ware — along with a farmhouse sink, Corian countertops, and six Serena & Lily barstools at the counter for casual meals.

Guest Bathroom: Includes a full bathtub.
