Welcome to Sarasota Silver Oasis, a fully remodeled, single-story home thoughtfully designed with modern coastal elegance. The home features two comfortable bedrooms, a beautifully updated bathroom, a spacious living room, a fully equipped marble kitchen, a family dining area, a dedicated workspace, and a relaxing reading nook.

Step outside to enjoy the private, fully fenced backyard, where you'll find a sparkling pool, outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring downtown Sarasota. A covered front porch and private stone driveway complete the property, providing a comfortable and welcoming space for your stay.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the main home and all outdoor areas, including the private pool and fully fenced backyard, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Please note that the garage has been converted into an independent in-law suite occupied by a long-term tenant. The suite has a separate private entrance and no shared indoor or outdoor spaces with guests. You may occasionally see the tenant in the driveway, but there should be little to no interaction.

Parking is available on the property. The left side of the driveway is reserved for the tenant. Guests may use the right side of the driveway and the front parking area. Please be mindful not to block neighbors' driveways or access areas.

To help ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for all guests and neighbors, please keep the following in mind:
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted on the property.
• Please use caution when operating the BBQ grill. An additional cleaning fee of $25–$35 may apply if the grill is left excessively dirty.
• The left side of the driveway is reserved for the tenant who occupies the garage unit. Guests may use the right side of the driveway and the front parking area. Please be mindful not to block neighbors' driveways or access areas.
• While the home is professionally treated for pest control, this is Florida. On occasion, insects may find their way indoors, especially if exterior doors are left open for extended periods.

House Rules
- No pets.
- No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the home.
- Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. The sleeper sofa is best suited for up to 2 children.
- Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
- Check-out is 10:00 AM. Late departures may incur additional fees.

Pool Rules
- Swim at your own risk.
- No lifeguard on duty.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- No diving.
- No running, rough play, or horseplay.
- No glass containers in the pool area.
- No food or beverages in the pool.
- Do not climb on, sit on, or tamper with pool equipment or controls.
- Do not use the pool if you have diarrhea, a contagious illness, or open wounds.
- Do not urinate or relieve yourself in the pool.
- Children who are not potty-trained must wear swim diapers.
- Please rinse off before entering the pool when possible.
- Use caution at all times. Pool decks and surrounding surfaces may be wet and slippery.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Before you leave, we kindly ask that you complete the following:
- Remove all garbage and recycling and place them in the outdoor bins.
- Load the dishwasher with all dirty dishes, utensils, and cookware.
- Place used towels in the laundry basket and leave used bedding on the beds.
- Return any moved furniture to its original location.
- Close all patio umbrellas.
- Turn off all lights, TVs, and small appliances.
- Close and lock all exterior doors and windows.
- If you used the BBQ grill, please clean it as thoroughly as possible. A cleaning fee of $25–$35 may apply if the grill is left excessively dirty.
- Double-check for any personal belongings before departing.
