My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this unit and had such a wonderful experience that we can’t wait to return. The host was very responsive and check-in was quick and easy. The place was extremely clean and was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Loved sitting on the balcony that looks over the gorgeous pool, working out at the gym on-site, swimming in the pool and enjoying the hot tub. Location can’t be beat! Short drive to St. Armand’s Circle and Lido beach. Even shorter drive to Ringling Museum and Sarasota Jungle Gardens to feed the flamingos. Awesome place to visit!

Condo was clean and well equipped. Owner was accommodating. Pool was great. My wife was recovering from knee surgery so the suction hand rail in the shower was not stable so suggest a permanent one and it might be time for a new mattress?Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful pleasant property

Beautiful practical property, responsive host, overall great stay! The only issue we had was with gate access itself at first. The condo was also kind of hard to see from the street so be on the lookout! Overall, a great stay! Would stay here again.

Amazing vacation- my only issue… WE Didn’t stay longer!!

The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, quiet, and steps away from the pool! The pool was clean, heated and we often had it to ourselves. The host was wonderful. Offered to have our groceries put away as we were arriving at 11pm with 2 kids. I can’t wait to go back!!

Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here. The location was excellent, the decor was tasteful, and the property felt very safe and quiet. The pool was fantastic, and the gym had everything we needed for a good workout.A few things future guests should know. The A/C was leaking quite a bit when we arrived, which made sleeping difficult for the first few nights. Fortunately, the owner was very responsive and got the issue resolved quickly, which we appreciated. The dishes didn’t seem completely clean when we arrived, so we ran everything through the dishwasher before using them. The nonstick pots and pans have definitely reached retirement age—they’re heavily worn and should probably be replaced. My biggest suggestion would be to upgrade the bedroom blackout curtains. Between the light coming in and the brightness, I felt like I was trying to sleep in an ICU because the lights are always on outside and the curtains are not wide enough to cover the entire length of the window. Maybe pack an eye mask. Also, just a heads-up that the sleeping arrangements are essentially one bedroom plus a pullout sofa. The pullout was well a pull out :/Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful trip. With a few small updates, this place would be an easy five-star stay.

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our condo! All expectations were met. It was very nicely decorated, furnished with everything you would need. The kitchen has quality appliances and everything in the cabinets was high standards.and stylish, fun to use. Our host was immediately available when we had any questions, etc. We enjoyed being able to easily walk the parks by the bay, which is very pretty and relaxing. If we were looking for a place again, we would not hesitate to book this condo.

I had issues with the AC every single week, which resulted in me having to get a hotel from every time the AC didn’t work and had to wait until someone came to fix it, very inconvenient
