While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. City of Sarasota Registration Number: VR24‑00062. Due to City code, property can only be rented once during any seven‑day period and have a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. We happily welcome 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. Exterior security cameras are present. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
