Centrally located near the Legacy Trail with bikes provided for guest use, the home makes it easy to embrace Sarasota's outdoor lifestyle. When you're ready to slow things down, return home to BBQ, dine outside, relax in the covered outdoor living area, or gather around the fire table after sunset.

Whether you're visiting for beaches, biking, sunshine, family time, an extended stay, or a little of everything, Trail & Tide gives you the flexibility to experience Sarasota your way.

BIKES

Complimentary bicycles are provided for guest use, giving you another way to get outside and explore.

Head toward the nearby Legacy Trail, one of Sarasota's favorite recreational amenities, for miles of paved trail ideal for cycling, walking, and jogging. More adventurous riders can make a longer day of it and bike toward Siesta Key and the beach.

Bike availability is a complimentary amenity and guests are responsible for riding safely, following local bicycle and traffic laws, and securing the bikes when unattended.

PELOTON

Prefer to get your workout in before heading out?

A Peloton bike is available at the home, making it easy to stay active even on a rainy Florida morning. Guests may need their own compatible Peloton account or membership to access subscription-based classes.

COVERED OUTDOOR LIVING

After a day exploring Sarasota, the outdoor living area gives you a comfortable place to slow down and enjoy the Florida weather.

The covered space includes outdoor seating and dining, making it ideal for morning coffee, afternoon downtime, or dinner outside.

Trail & Tide Sarasota is pet-friendly for approved dogs, making it a convenient option for guests who prefer to travel with their pets.

Please note that the yard is NOT currently fully fenced. Dogs should be supervised and appropriately leashed while outside.

Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival, added to the reservation, and any applicable pet fee must be paid before check-in.

Trail & Tide Sarasota is located in a residential neighborhood. We ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parties and events are not permitted.

The property is pet-friendly; however, the yard is not currently fully fenced.

One locked closet is reserved for owner and management use.

Bikes and fitness equipment are provided as amenities and are used at the guest's own risk.

Sarasota has a warm, subtropical climate. As with homes throughout Florida, guests may occasionally encounter native wildlife, insects, geckos, or other outdoor critters.
