Centrally located to everything Sarasota has to offer, and only 5 miles from Siesta Key, America’s #1 Beach, you’ll have everything you need to enjoy and relax at your fingertips.

*No bookings for work trips. No bookings for companies or travel agencies. If you are an individual booking for a group of co-workers, a company booking for your employees, or a travel agency your trip will be cancelled.

The Space:

When you walk up to the home, you are greeted with a large front porch equipped with a bistro table and oversized porch swing. The main home is filled with natural light at all times of the day and has an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, dining room, and sunroom areas all open and connected. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on one side of the home and the primary bath and bedroom on the other. There is a 55” smart TV in the main living area and a smaller smart TV in the master bedroom. The mudroom right off the garage has a new washer and dryer and all of the bedrooms have new Nectar mattresses with memory foam pillows. Off the sunroom in the back is a deck with a grill and eating area.

Also situated in the rear portion of the property is an adorable one bedroom guest cottage. The cottage has an open living and dining area with a brand new kitchen and new washer and dryer. There is also a 55” smart TV in the cottage. The bedroom is very peaceful and has 2 large closets for storage. The walk in shower is easy access for all.

*Cottage is available for bookings with 9 or 10 guests. For bookings of 8 or less interested in also utilizing the cottage (families traveling together, in-laws, etc.) there will be an additional nightly fee, please contact us for information.

Guest access:

The neighborhood is centrally located in Sarasota and has sidewalks all around it great for going for walks but you will need a car to get around. There is plenty of parking on the property including several spots on the driveway and a one car garage.

Other things to note:

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath main house available for bookings up to 8 people. In addition there is a separate 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guest cottage available to bookings of 9 or 10 people. If you are a party of 8 or less and would like to book both spaces, you can do so for an additional nightly fee.

*The cottage is being rented separately through January 5th, 2026 and is not available for rent at this time. The main house is available as usual. If you book after January 5th you will have the option to book both. *
