Not only is it situated conveniently to downtown and the beaches, it is on a quiet street in a safe established neighborhood.When you arrive, this quaintly decorated home welcomes you. There is plenty of space to make yourself at home without being bare and sparsely furnished.This host has anticipated your needs. There is information about local entertainment, restaurants, and activities. Every bedroom is furnished with a mirror, fan, laundry basket, luggage rack, extra hooks, and an electrical outlet and USB ports on the nightstand.The yard is a fenced if you have pets or children.There are not enough compliments for this property. The hosts were top notch and made us comfortable from the start in this lovely home. This cozy property has plenty of space to spread out and to relax together. We especially loved the outdoor screened area with a dining table and chairs and watching the beautiful birds in the trees all around. This house is in a perfect location for our activities, including the Fogartyville community center and the Legacy Trail. It is well appointed, and has a great deck screened porch which we enjoyed. The owners were very responsive to your questions.

A cosy, easy spot with enough separate spaces for being together and/or alone. Appliances were easy to use. Proximity to downtown allowed us to find our way around and understand the layout of the area. Neighborhood is quiet and pleasantly shady.

Pickleball Road Trip

Six of us drove over to play pickleball and enjoy the Labor Day weekend. The courts were amazing, less than a mile from the house. The home was exactly what we needed and we were even able to walk to the FREE trolley that took us sight seeing. Everyone said they would do it again in a heartbeat!

Maureen was such a great hostess! The house was perfect! It's in a great neighborhood, close to shopping and the beach. This was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever been in. It had everything you could possibly need to cook and go to the beach. We had an awesome time!

Quiet and relaxing.. Felt safe and the communication and response from the host was awesome. Near the beaches and downtown. Home clean and such cute decorations. Everything you need is there just unpack and relax. Great dining nearby and a covered parking publix, great for a rainy day. It rained one of our days and the games came in handy. We had a blast!. It was nice to bond and not be so caught up with electronics..

Perfect location

Ringling property was perfect for what we needed! My daughter was participating in the youth National rowing competition at the Nathan Benderson Park and I needed a place close to it! It was only 15 minutes and worked out well for us! It is also very centrally located to downtown and other places we wanted to see like Siesta Key! Property was clean and very quiet! It had everything I needed. Instructions were very clearly annotated throughout the house. We will definitely use again in the future!

Feel at home

My family was wonderful. The home gives very cute beach home. The location is perfect. Close to the downtown but in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, and close to everything. The owner really thought of all the things that would help a traveling family. This property has everything we wanted: comfortable furnishings and layout, 2 very clean bathrooms, a stylish and pretty beach cottage vibe, a driveway, a safe neighborhood, and an easy-to-work TV. Each day I saw a decorative touch I'd missed before - clearly a designer's eye at work. The screened porch and patio were a pleasure on warmer days. The owners didn't forget the practicalities, either. For example, a steepish step from the kitchen door to the driveway was marked as such, so no surprises. When I asked to get the entry info and address before we'd left home for Sarasota, I received a phone call the same day with all the details. Excellent communication. Downtown Sarasota and its many very good restaurants is 5-10 minutes away by car, and the area is very pedestrian-friendly so walking to town was simple and safe. It's only about a 10-15 minute drive in from the airport, and the house has easy access to main roads for travel to St. Petersburg and Sarasota area attractions. A great find!
