We loved our stay! Convenient location to The Waterfront Restaurant, Bean Point and Bayfest during our visit. The pool is wonderful and we appreciated having access to beach chairs for our beach days. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Having the opportunity to use the laundry room was a bonus. We had a rental car, although we heard wonderful things about AMI’s free trolley, to access all of the island’s beautiful beaches & shopping. We had an issue with the unit’s air conditioner, and received an immediate response for assistance. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable, excellent location. I requested an early check-in so my daughter could take her nap but did not have a response from the host. Other than that, everything was wonderful. AMI Coffee and the kitchen restaurant within walking distance were excellent spots. Rode the trolley from AMI pier to the beach, but it was not often on time and we ended up with long -ish waits. Condo is little but all that a couple needs. Good location. But the air conditioner unit makes a constant banging noise. Contacted management about it and they sent someone out to fix that as well as the toilet that would not flush. The toilet was repaired but never the air conditioner. It was nearly impossible to sleep. If the air worked properly I would have rated 5 stars.

The condo was beautifully decorated, there were thoughtful items in the condo and on site to help with your stay! It was as clean as clean can get. The bed was very comfortable. Almost perfect

This little place is clean and furnished nicely. Comfy bed and all the furniture you would expect in a place this size and price point. The location is ideal for the North bay side of AMI. However, we have never stayed in a rental (or hotel room) with less basic supplies, thus the one star deduction. Coffee maker with no filter, no hand soap for kitchen, two small garbage bags, absolutely no extras in the kitchen. So if you eat EVERY meal out, this is a great place. Just stop and buy handsoap and body wash because the rental company won’t bring any by.

I highly recommend this property. This was our second stay at this location. Easily walk throughout the island. Eat at the Rod and Reel Pier, the Porch Restaurant, the Waterfront and Harry’s.

Property was clean, good location. Overall we were pleased. I would recommend the couch be a little bigger so you can relax and watch tv. Couch is very small. Chair not very comfortable either. After a long day would be nice to have a comfortable larger sized sofa to relax watch a movie etc. Also our lights outside by the pool did not work so we could not swim at night. Reported to the property management company as well.
