'Because of an overlooking error by another APP, there were many angry room seekers around the city of Mobile, Alabama. 'I scheduled three rooms in March under my name for my family for three rooms. When we checked in our three rooms were all the same with two queens with a mandatory deposit that the desk clerk guaranteed us to get our deposit back for all three rooms. Hopefully, the property will do the right thing and refund each room, as the desk clerk said we would get the deposit when we checked out. PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT.'

'Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc.'

'The property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in years. The first room I went into was filthy - the towels in the bathroom had black foot all over them. It looks like they were used and hung back up. It was not clean. It was absolutely disgusting. So the staff gave me another room that had mold in the bathroom and literally a work boot footprint on the sheets. Gross. The front desk person was very helpful though - I will say that.'
