The villa accommodates up to four guests, with space for one additional guest on a banquet-style sofa bed. A master bedroom and a double loft bedroom share a bathroom with bath and shower, complemented by a separate WC. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils, while organic mattresses and thoughtful amenities ensure a restful stay. Technology includes satellite television, internet access and entertainment systems for added comfort.



Generous outdoor living areas invite long days in the Greek sunshine, with two impressive pool terraces, a sunset pool and multiple alfresco settings offering views across the sea, mountains and surrounding landscape. Designed for flexibility, the property can be rented as a private residence or combined with its adjoining section to form a larger retreat, ideal for intimate weddings, family reunions or off-season wellness and culinary retreats.



No live-in staff are present, ensuring complete privacy; additional services such as housekeeping or private experiences can be arranged on request at extra cost. A refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival, and any optional services or special arrangements are charged separately. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
