Our modern and unique room with separate entrance on the second floor (elevator available!) sleeps up to 2 guests and offers also spaces to relax or work:
✅ Room with 1 King size bed or 2 twin-size beds, air-conditioned plus additional ceiling fan and closet. (The standard configuration is both beds together as a big king-size double bed. Upon request, we are also happy to arrange the two twin-size beds separately if you let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival! )

✅ 32" LED Smart TV with cable TV and also connected to WIFI - great to watch online movies, etc

You'll have access to the entire room with its private balcony and all it's amenities, a save off-street parking lot (optional!), the buildings elevator and the (still simple) sun deck on the rooftop terrace to enjoy the spectacular view to the famous Plaza España over the Zona Colonial to the Caribbean sea...

✅ We provide free cleaning service, clean towels and sheets once a week (after 7 days). If you desire some additional service we will be happy to arrange it, additional costs apply.
✅ The large supermarkets "La Sirena" and "La National" are located only about 5 minutes walk from the building.
✅ Our standard rental price includes a limited average electricity consumption, which is sufficient to cool the bedroom(s), so that we can continue to offer our affordable rental prices to guests who use little or no air conditioning. Please read the house rules regarding additional costs for extra consumption!
✅ If you let us know at least 3 days before your arrival, our cleaning staff will be happy to purchase any items you would like from the supermarket (e.g., drinks, snacks, etc.) and place them in your unit along with the bill. As noted in the amenities list, we do not provide anymore any drinking water, coffee, salt, pepper etc. as such items in "open containers" have been criticized too often as unhygienic by previous guests.
✅ On request we can arrange airport pickup for US$ 35.- (until 3 guest, more U$ 40.-) with our trusted driver. He can also assist with your check-in if you want!
