The villa has 6 modern and cozy rooms all with air conditioning and 6 bathrooms, 4 of the rooms with private bathroom (King beds or 2 Queen beds per room). The main room has a safe, work area, and automatic windows overlooking the pool for your total rest.
The capacity of the Villa is for 16 people, the villa has a laundry area, a 4-car marquee, a pool area with an ideal sound system for holding all kinds of events, BBQ area with all the tools to prepare grills , children's play area (trampoline).

All the equipment in the house is high tech: Refrigerator (Fridge) with internet connection, access to the house by video monitors where you can observe the person on the other side interact and give access by a button, in the house there 3 monitors, kitchen, master bedroom and family room. The accesses to the villa and the rooms are made through a system of magnetic bracelets and each guest only has access to their room.
