Villa Can Servera is a simple little house situated on the outskirts of the lovely town of Santanyi. The house is within walking to the town, where you can find a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as bakers and a lovely traditional market. The beaches, on driving distance, are also a bonus, specially the natural park of S´amarador.



The villa is simple and decorated with traditional antic furnishings. Upon entering the house there is a spacious lounge dining area with beamed ceilings, white walls and ceramic floor tiles. The lounge has two comfortable sofas and a large flat screen satellite TV. Next to the lounge there is a small separate fitted kitchen equipped with gas cooker, microwave and a fridge/freezer. Next to the kitchen there is a utility area where the washing machine is placed. From here there is also a door that leads straight to the swimming pool area.



The sleeping area comprises of one twin and one double bedroom, both sharing a full bathroom with bath.



The outside has a lovely sun terrace that surrounds the crystal clear water swimming pool with roman steps. There is also a lovely covered BBQ ideal for those who love alfresco evening meals.



Finally, it has to be pointed out that the property offers free Internet connection (Wi-Fi). THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
