The spacious and finely furnished vacation home “Algueret” is situated just outside of Portopetro, next to Cala d’Or, and is only a short walk from the sea and the marina. The 280 m² vacation home extends across 2 floors and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 4 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer and cable/satellite television, while a baby crib and a highchair are available on request. This house has a big private covered terrace with a table, chairs and a gas barbecue for the guests to use it privately. Besides, the guests can use a common area with an open terrace, sunbeds and swimming pool. This shared area is shared between 3 other houses. Supermarkets, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants can be reached on foot within 5-8 minutes, and the marina is located 600 m or an 8-minute walk away. The nearest sandy beach is a21-minute walk (1.6 km) from the property. After a 7-minute drive (3.2 km) to the neighboring town of Cala d’Or, you will find many cafés, bars and restaurants along the scenic marina and coves. From the property, it is a 13-minute drive (10 km) to Santanyí, and Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 60-minute drive (62 km), while the airport is a 50-minute drive (54 km) away.

Young groups of guests under 30 are not allowed.

Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
