'This villa was perfect for what we wanted...a quiet, secure and private place that is in walking distance to the beach. After touring the town, we were very happy with the location for the proximity to great restaurants, a local convenience store and a little less crowded beach than some of the spots to the north. Our concierge was very helpful and responsive with anything we needed and the villa itself was great...just as the pictures show. Wishing we were still there!'

'LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! The house itself was exactly what my group needed and the location could not have been any better! You're an easy and quick walk to the best part of the beach and so close to many food spots, grocery store and shops. The property manager/concierge, Julieta, was incredibly helpful -- she assisted us in booking ATV's for the week and transportation to/from the airport. 'This property is beautiful however it backs up to the Banana Beach Club which plays music almost everyday. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the music is VERY loud (also it is terrible music but that is subject to ones opinion) and it does not shut off until around midnight. The listing for this property does say there may be music but it only says on Wednesdays and until 10:00--this is NOT what we experienced.
