Villa's in Santa Teresa

'We liked every each part of our stay there. We helped with sending us a driver that gonna pick us up from the airport and then there were so welcomed and explain everything and show our studio. I had a few times that I didn’t even want to go out of our room because it was so nice the pool the sun the quiet the view everything is amazing! You feel like you woke up in the jungle. And you woke up to this view when you’re going to sleep with the view is amazing. Highly recommend.'

'2 adults. 5 teenage boys, 1 college aged daughter. Surf and adventure trip. This house was very well managed and taken care of. Any issue was immediately resolved. Sophie was very attentive, and easily accessible. Each day the house was cleaned while we were out surfing, magically restored to normal (5 teenage boys!). Banana Beach next door is nice to have. 'Our family of four stayed between Christmas and New Years. The house was perfect - great views and great location. Right in the middle of Santa Teresa. The host was incredible. So helpful before and during the trip with reservations, cars, etc. We used LocalBird for fishing, snorkeling, etc. We missed our flight from San Jose to Cobano and there were no other flights. The host quickly helped us come up with Plan B including a driver. Saved tge day!!!'

'We had a great stay with our family. Lucia (property manager) was very responsive and the daily housekeeping service was so wonderful! The house is located close enough to walk to restaurants but not in the busy part of town. Added bonus since we were there last is now there are lifeguards at beach - made me feel better given we had 4 teenagers in the water with lots of rip currents. 'Always a pleasure to visit Santa Teresa. Villa Koa is in a great location. The property is exactly as advertised, very beautiful with a great pool. Construction wasn't overbearing at all and hardly even noticed it. One small complaint would be to add some blinds to the living room windows for a bit more privacy. Otherwise, the property is fantastic. '

'This house is amazing! You pull off the busy dirt road & when you walk into the house you feel like you're in a sanctuary. The view is amazing. We saw the most beautiful sunsets. It’s hard to leave the back porch, plan down time to enjoy being at the house. We had fresh delicious mangos right from the trees every day.
