The floors appeared as though they had not been cleaned in several weeks, and there were numerous dead insects throughout the property. Overall, the condition of the home suggested a lack of regular maintenance and care by the owners or management team. Additionally, the central air conditioning on the upper floor was non-functional, leaving us to rely on window units that were inefficient and took a considerable amount of time to cool the space. While we understand our booking was made at the last minute, the state of the property was unacceptable by any standard. Regardless of timing, maintaining basic cleanliness and functionality should be a priority in this line of business.
