Beach front condo, Adagio B402 updated kitchen, private beach, hot tub, gym!!

YFAB is known for the most upscale and clean condos at Adagio - but Adagio B402 exceeds the five star expectations our guests have come to experience with Your Friend at the Beach.
Newly remodeled with all new floor throughout, Adagio B402 has also had the following updates:
-LVP plank flooring throughout entire condo.
-All new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and appliances. Stand alone ICE MAKER. High chair provided. NEW coffee/Expresso machine.
- New furnishing throughout - leather sectional in the living room with original artwork above. Comfortable seating around the new Smart TV and working (in cooler months) fireplace. Leather swivel chairs by the sliding glass doors overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
- Four bedrooms with YFAB's most requested arrangement:
Master bathroom with king bed, sliding glass doors to the oversized balcony with a breath-taking view of the gulf. Private bathroom with jetted tub, shower with dual showerheads. Large walk in master bedroom closet - big enough to set up the pack and play provided in all of Your Friend at The Beach's condos.
Second king bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Updated vanity.
Third king bedroom that shares hall bathroom. Updated vanity.
Fourth bedroom with two queen size beds and door to adjoining hall bathroom.
All of our linens are 100% cotton, every bedside table has a phone charger and each bedroom has a large Smart TV.
Each bathroom has 100% cotton towels - and plenty of them - hair dryers, hand soaps, shower soaps and starter supply of toilet paper.
Adagio has its own private beach and you are just steps from the beach walkover. There are 52 steps down to the beach as Adagio sits on the highest point of the Gulf of Mexico giving dramatic views.
Hot tub, Gym, gulf front pool (heated in cooler months) and 8000 square foot tri-level pool.
Digital guidebook provides all of your check in information plus YFAB's recommendation for restaurants, shopping and local events.
Two parking spaces per condo, one is underground, the other is unmarked in the outside parking lot. Elevator from underground parking garage. No pets allowed per HOA rules. Luggage carts in the underground parking garage by the elevator.
No tents on beach. Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is limited. No golf carts allowed on Adagio property. At the highest point of the Gulf of Mexico, Adagio has 52 steps down to the beach.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
A $199 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations.
