We spent 4 days here for a girls trip and loved the close proximity to seaside and to Alys which is where our group wanted to spend most of their time! 5 min stroll to the beach was a huge plus for beach days and sunset photos!

The view was beautiful from our condo! The condo was very clean and decorated very cute! The walls are thin, so we had noise from floor above but not too bad. Overall, great stay!!

Condo is in a great location, room description just as stated. Just be prepared to walk down the beach or take the free shuttle to the public beach area.

Very clean and spacious. Lots of extra stuff that was helpful during our stay. Beach chairs, beach cart, fans. The only slight issue I would say that was a negative is where the private beach use is was about 1/4 mile walk north. It’s such a same that the beach you see on the photos is private and was empty and you had to walk further down to a crowded beach. Other than that everything was great. Would definitely come back.

Long walk to the beach

Place was clean but needs some upkeep. Nice view of the beach but long walk to public beach since all new built houses have private beaches and that long stretch of the waterfront can not be used.

Santa Rosa Beach VRBO

All in all it was good. There is a safety concern with the sliding patio door. There is a ledge in bottom of door frame that is easily a trip hazard. Lots of nice amenities including books and a few games, some beach chairs. Beautiful view of beach. Some in our party wished there as a hot tub.Very nicely decorated.

Comfy bed; amazing view!

The condo was in a great location with gorgeous ocean views and easy access to the beach. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy (a must) and the condo included the basics. I would encourage a little decor update, but the place was clean, well stocked, with an unbeatable location. Make sure you bring first aid items and coffee/tea. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very friendly. We hope to return!

Great Getaway

Reviewer Comments: Having encountered HUGE price increases in the Seagrove area since last staying in the area in 2018, we gave up trying to find a decent place in October, we stumbled onto this place by accident, and we are so glad we did! Great location, short walk to beach, VERY,VERY CLEAN and best of all, great price for the time we spent. A bit busy upstairs over the weekend with youngsters staying at parents place above us though.
