IMPORTANT LOCATION NOTE:

Playa Bonita is located directly above a restaurant in the heart of Gulf Place Town Center. This is a lively location surrounded by restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Guests should expect some street, restaurant, and pedestrian noise, particularly in the evenings, potentially until around 10 PM.

If you enjoy being in the middle of the action with everything within walking distance, you'll love this location! However, if you're looking for a completely secluded or quiet retreat, this may not be the best fit.

30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay:

☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels

☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked.

☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit.

☼ The condo is located in a mixed-use town center above a restaurant, and some noise from surrounding businesses and activities is expected.

☼ The building offers shared laundry facilities rather than a private in-unit washer and dryer.

☼ Community pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and beach access areas are managed by the community and may be subject to maintenance, closures, or HOA restrictions.

☼ No pets are allowed at this property, excluding service animals as required by applicable law.
