The Space:

Nestled in the exclusive Gulf Place community, this quiet end unit offers a modern and spacious retreat with lots of natural light and smart furnishings. The home features a wraparound porch with beautiful views of a tranquil pond and fountain. You can even feed the turtles from the balcony!

Relax on the beach with unit-provided beach chairs and umbrellas. The private beach access is just a short 3-minute walk away. For a change of scenery, you can also enjoy one of the three heated pools right on the property.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a Keurig and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also a washer and dryer and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Explore the area with ease. A bike path and sidewalk along the beautiful scenic 30A are easily accessible, and there are many restaurants within walking distance. Just next door, you'll find the Santa Rosa Golf Club and the Beach Club restaurant on the ocean. The popular Vue restaurant is also close by.

The community also provides plenty of amenities to keep you active, including tennis courts, pickleball courts, and BBQ grills. An elevator provides easy access to the unit.

Nature and Outdoors:

Eastern Lake is a rare coastal dune lake, just over a mile away, perfect for paddleboarding and kayaking.

Grayton Beach State Park is a haven for bird watching along the Great Florida Birding Trail. You can also hike, bike, or kayak through the park's scenic trails and waterways.

Point Washington State Forest offers miles of trails for hiking and biking, providing a more secluded nature experience.

Take a boat shuttle from nearby St. Andrews State Park to Shell Island, a pristine, uninhabited barrier island known for its untouched dunes and wildlife.

Book a dolphin-watching cruise or a deep-sea fishing trip with a local charter to see the Gulf's marine life up close.



Shopping, Dining & Entertainment:

Explore the vibrant Gulf Place Town Center, located right outside your door, with its unique boutiques, art galleries, and a variety of dining options like Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar. The town center often hosts live music and community events in its outdoor amphitheater.

Head to Pier Park in Panama City Beach for a large outdoor shopping and entertainment complex with restaurants, a movie theater with IMAX, and family-friendly attractions like the SkyWheel and Pirate's Voyage Dinner and Show.

Please note that the neighboring Caribbean building will be undergoing repairs from November 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. During this time, the Caribbean Pool & Spa will be closed.

A small spa is available at The Cabanas, but availability may be limited.
