'Our room did not have a working heater (it was summer but chilly), so the manager kindly upgraded us to a suite. I'd recently had the bad news that my cancer had relapsed, and his kindness, and the beautiful suite, really helped my mood. The atmosphere was welcoming and the employees outstanding. We ate several times at the attached restaurant/deli, Grossman's, and loved the food and the staff there.'

'First time staying here and we loved it!! We needed the shower that had the chair in it and my husband loved it. The room was spacious and since it was a suite it came with the fridge, other kitchen items also but we didn’t use them. If only we could have stayed longer. The girls at the front desk were so nice. Made us feel really welcomed. The breakfast was nice so our day started full. It had a pool, exercise room(didn’t use it but peaked and it was nice). Also had a fire pit and outdoor...

'Everything was EXTREMELY satisfying, the pool was REFRESHING except for the leaves in it minor detail. By far one of the BETTER stays in Santa Rosa. Lots of places to eat but the Cafe there is FANTASTIC except they close early. In my opinion 2 thumbs up 👍👍!!'

'Well maintained, generally quiet and clean hotel. A dirty diaper was found at the end of my stay hidden under a bench from prior guest. Due to that, the room a faint bad odor throughout the stay.'
