'Das Zimmer war top-modern und sehr neu, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Der Pool ist überraschend groß und blitzsauber, mit vielen Liegen, sodass immer ein Platz zum Entspannen frei war. Die Bar ist hübsch gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Besonders praktisch fand ich den günstigen Snackautomaten für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch. Der Service war durchweg sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. 'We had the Junior Suite on the top floor which was modern, clean and had sweeping, beautiful panoramic views of the shore. Fit four adults comfortably and the outdoor patio was quite large with tables and chaise loungers. Would recommend that particular room again. '

'The hotel was nice and well maintained. The beach was lovely (albeit stoney). I would give mixed reviews to the staff: a night clerk messed up a taxi reservation to the train station, which could have led me to miss a flight from Rome, but thankfully another clerk went above and beyond expectations to rectify the problem (kudos to the curly-haired clerk with his arm in a cast!). '

'My husband and I stayed here for 1 month in September 2024. Carlo met us at the home when we first arrived and explained everything about the home to us. Carlo is a great host! He answered any questions we had about the area. The home is small but it was spacious enough for my husband and I to be comfortable. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It even has a lime tree in the yard! Great to slice and add to a glass of water. The ocean is just a few minutes away by car and the market...

'We had a wonderful stay and time in Santa Marinella before boarding our cruise out Port of Civitavecchia. Giulio and his wife, Luciana, were great host. Very kind, gracious and thoughtful. The ocean view and restaurants were within a short distance away from the property. The only thing I would recommend is reaching out to Giulio for a taxi service contact if you will be traveling by train. The train station is 2.7 km from the B&B.'

"We stayed 2 days in the room nr 30. The receptionist refused to give us an expedia VIP upgrade, even there were still rooms available for booking. The room we got was next to a room used for washing and storage of dishes and pans The restaurant was open for breakfast only, still the staff didn’t care to do their duties between 22.00 and 24.00 at night. We called the reception to complain about the situation and requested a different room but our request was rejected and problem not resolved. When we talked to the kitchen staff, we’ve got a very rude response that we can call the police if we want because they will continue as long as they want. In the bathroom we had only hand shower, the other part was broken. Overall, a very disappointing experience. "
