'The property is advertised as being local and central to amenities. It is in the middle of nowhere. There is a shop 4km away down a motorway but not accessible by walking which we were assured. On arrival we found the villa had not been cleaned and beds were unmade. When the cleaning team came, they only washed the bedding from the master bedroom. 'Arnold en Carla hebben hun zaakjes goed voor elkaar. De Casita is van alle gemakken voorzien en gezellig ingericht. Enkele extra pluspunten: keuken klein, maar prima uitgerust. Bedden voortreffelijk en overal zon rondom het huisje wat belangrijk is in de winterperiode. De pelletkachel komt dan ook goed van pas. Arnold en Carla gaven welkome tips en stonden voor ons klaar. 'When we arrived at the location we struggled to find it as from the road the property looked abandoned. Once keys were handed over and we had a look around the villa does have lots of great character and the potential to be a fantastic holiday home but it does require a LOT of TLC. We were disappointed with not being able to use one of the bedrooms and bathroom’s during our stay. Due to one bedroom being locked and the bathroom being unable to use due to the shower screen not being fixed...

"Very clean and comfortable apartment, fully fitted with really everything you need for your stay and more. Good size terras with seating and view on pool and mountains. Also a large solarium/rooftop terras with loungebeds and seating area with view on the sea. Convenient location, close to shops, beach and entertainment. Located in a well maintained gated urbanization with a view on the amazing well maintained pool and gardens. A lot of birds, lush and green surroundings, view on quiet and relaxing place. We loved it! Communication with owner very good. "
