'Een mooie ruime woning met veel - complete - faciliteiten. Wat wij misten waren doorzichtige ramen (gekleurd, veiligheidsglas) waardoor je vanuit huis niet naar buiten kunt kijken. Bij winderig weer (want best hoog op de berg) is dat echt jammer! Een waterkoker zou een welkome aanvulling zijn. Twee moederpoezen met kittens op het terrein vond ik zelf erg leuk maar een van mijn reisgenoten minder.... De lieve hond aan de ketting bij ingang buurman is een Spaans gebruik wat mijn hart voor honden...

'Wij hebben 2 weken een heerlijk en rustig verblijf gehad. Het huis biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. Er is aan alles gedacht. Van sinasappel-pers tot koffiemachine, je komt niets te kort. We hebben ons er zeer thuis gevoeld. Een mooie tuin en een prachtige uitzicht over de bergen. De ligging is perfect. In de buurt zijn allerlei voorzieningen, en enigszins verwijderd van de massatoerisme aan de kust. Het was een zeer geschikte uitvalsbasis voor de prachtige wandelingen die wij gemaakt hebben. 'The townhouse was as expected, a spacious house with a great roof terrace with plenty of seating and a great gas barbecue. The lounge was light and airy having been decorated in white. However, the hallway and stairway could have done with repainting which could also lighten up that area to make it more welcoming. The paintwork on the handrails also needed a deep clean, not the job of the cleaners who were excellent. We were pleasantly surprised at the white goods in the house....a dishwasher...

'Lovely property, really well placed within Las Palmas for restaurants, the beach and several attractions. The sunny private outside space was a real bonus in a city area and much more spacious than the usual balcony.The apartment block was secure and quiet and well looked after, obviously full of permanent residents rather than holiday rentals.'
